Psy Rocks the Rockefeller Center with “Gangnam Style”

Hello All!!! La Shauna here to give you deets on my trip into NYC to see Psy oppa!

Yesterday I went on down to Rockefeller Center to see Psy perform “Gangnam Style” on the TODAY Show. Here is a mini timeline, and photos of my day:

6:30am: My mother and I arrived at Rockefeller Center to see a huge crowd in front of the stage! I got sent to the very back, and of course I couldn’t see a thing

about 6:45am: Psy did a rehearsal stage, I was still in the back, and so I saw NOTHING :’(

about 7:00am: We get moved to behind the stage, but luckily part of the stage was visible.

8am: Psy did his interview for the TODAY Show.

about 8:15am: Psy and his dancers did a mini rehearsal. Then he came to the back of the stage to say hi to the fans stuck back there. (YEAH!!!!)

8:30am: THE FUN BEGINS! Psy performed!

about 8:45: People left, and I got closer to the side of the stage. Psy did an encore stage, the FIRST in TODAY Show history.

After he finished the encore stage he came around to the fans, and said hi, waved, posed for pictures.

I took a whole bunch of photos, but as you would expect there were a lot of other people taking pics and videos, so they didn’t all come out great, but enjoy. I will be updating with videos as soon as I can.

How fun! Did you do the dance? I loved how great sports the Today hosts were in performing with him in the encore. And the fact that he did an encore was just marvelous. I loved just watching the excitement building up around his performance.
