‘Missing You’ Preview from G-Dragon Tugs at My Heartstrings

When I first saw that YG & G-Dragon had released a preview for another one of his new tracks, ‘Missing You’, I figured it was going to be a teaser or something like that. When I actually watched it, two things came to mind.

1- Ermagerd, English Subtitles!

2- … Can I just like, hug you? Please?

While this song does give a bit of a preview of the new track, most of that is heard in the background, behind GD’s interview. He talks about his inspiration for the track, his feelings, and his collaboration with Kim Yuna. Let me just say that some of what he says and the nonchalant way he says them just pulls at my heartstrings. It makes the maternal part of me scream “LET ME HUG YOU” while the fan part of me sobs “You are so amazing.”

I personally think I like this sort of “preview” over teasers, what about you? T-2 days and some change till the release of GD’s new album. You excited?

GD’s hair in this interview reminds me of my old barbie’s hair after I flushed it down the toilet. :3 But anyway, the song sounds lovely. Kim Yuna has nice vocals! Hope the rest of the song and album surprises me.
