ZE:A Releases Full “Phoenix” Music Video, Song Is Dope

I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t follow ZE:A as religiously as do other groups, and a lot has to do with the very little appeal they have for me. They recovered after their shaky debut single, but they haven’t quite maintained my attention since then.

That is, until this release.

“Phoenix“, for a lack of a better term, is amazing. The music video isn’t exciting, but I am living for this song. It has a light-disco style to it that I absolutely love and I’m thrilled that they’ve finally released a song that soars.

I don’t like it as much as you do, but it’s not bad at all. It’s actually quite a bit better than anything I usually expect from ZE:A

  the song is forgettable. I liked it on first listen, but I think I did because it’s ten million times better than anything else they’ve released.

The MV made me cringe like 5 seconds in so I looked away and just listened to the song. It’s actually pretty good! I’m surprised. :O I rarely paid attention to ZE:A because their music for a lack of a better word was boring. And they’ve been in the K-Pop scene for awhile and they haven’t progressed much. But “Phoenix” is an improvement.

  Yeah, this is a big improvement and I’m glad that they’re finally sounding decent. It just took them soooooooooooo long.
