The Rookie List: La Shauna Introduces GLAM

History: In May of 2012 it was revealed that JYP’s sub label, Big Hit Entertainment, would be debuting new girl group, GLAM. GLAM made their official debut on SBS-MTV reality music drama, GLAM. They made their music debut with “Party (XXO)” on July 19th grabbing the attention if both international, and domestic fans for the song’s controversial subject…homosexual relationships, and homophobia.

Before their debut GLAM got a lot of attention for being produced by Bang Si Hyuk aka Hitman Bang, because they would be the first girl group he had ever produced in his 14 year career.

Before their debut GLAM was featured on their labelmates songs, 2am’s “바로 나야,” and Lee Hyun’s “Bad Girl.”
