TEEN TOP’s Niel Loses His Shit Over “Gangnam Style”

 

Teen Top has always been a bit… energetic.  So an in-car outburst like this is nothing terribly surprising.  Now that I’m thinking of it, from what I know of Niel already, this is faaaar from him truly losing his shit.

But for those of us who are not already familiar with narcotics, I think the video warrants the headline.
