Live Performance Clip of the Day- Bada Moves Everyone to Tears With “You Raise Me Up”

I was watching this for the millionth time, and I just had to share this moving performance by former S.E.S member, Bada.

In March 2011 Bada appeared on KBS Open Concert where she performed “You Raise Me Up,” made popular by American artist Josh Groban. The performance took place shortly after her mother’s passing, and by the end she and everyone else in the room (and me at home) was in tears.

This clip of her beautiful performance doesn’t include what happened after she finished but basically the host, who was talking through tears, revealed:

“Bada’s mother recently passed away. Before she was able to put the sorrow behind her, she got on this stage to keep the promise she made with you all. Please give your warmest applause again to Bada“.
